How pre-orders work

Some items are made in small batches. A batch takes pre-orders for a set time or until it’s full, then goes into production, and everything in it ships together.

You pay the full price, including any shipping, when you place the pre-order.

Ship dates

Each pre-order item shows an estimated ship date. It is our best estimate, not a guarantee: production can run late. If the date moves, we email you with the new estimate, and you can cancel for a full refund if it no longer works for you.

Cancelling

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. Email spark@eywafrica.org with your order number. After it ships, the normal 14-day returns rules apply.

If a batch doesn’t go ahead (for example, if it doesn’t reach the minimum number of orders), we cancel it and refund everyone in full.
