Where we ship from and to

Orders ship from the United Kingdom. We deliver to the UK, most of Europe and the rest of the world. Choose your country in the cart to see the delivery price before you check out.

Shipping costs are shown in the cart and on the checkout page. Orders over a set amount ship free within each region; the cart tells you how close you are. The amount counts your items at their full price, before any discount code.

Tracking

When your order ships we email you, with a tracking link when the carrier provides one. You can also see your orders and their status under Profile → Orders.

Pre-orders and mixed orders

Pre-order items are made in a batch and ship when the batch is ready. Each pre-order item shows its estimated ship date before you buy.

If your order has both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items ship straight away and the pre-order items follow with their batch. You only pay shipping once.

Customs outside the UK

Orders going outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are set and collected by your local customs, not by us.
