Changing your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Tell us within those 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Items should be unused and in their original condition.

Email spark@eywafrica.org with your order number to start a return. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is paid by you.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email spark@eywafrica.org with your order number and a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, including postage.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, within 14 days of us receiving the return (or of you cancelling a pre-order). Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Every purchase supports EYW Africa’s education programmes, so if you’re happy to keep an item, that means a lot. But a refund is always your right.
